Our latest product is the “Product Classification System (PCS)” which automates the process of sorting products.
The system comprises of a conveyor, camera, ruggedized PC, several Sensors, touch screen monitor and image processing software.
The system is operated using the Graphical user interface on the touch screen monitor which in turn communicates with all the hardware components.
The PCS has a conveyor belt to move the products from under the camera which captures the images. These captured images are transferred to the computer to identify and count the captured images.
The identification process is done by comparing the captured images against an already trained set of product images.
