FAQs and Technical Tips to help users find answers to commonly asked questions.
Tech Support
NEi Client Support is now divided into 3 categories, the categories are defined below.
All new clients will purchase one of the Support Packages. Existing clients who have maintenance will
be upgraded to the Silver Package. Clients who have not purchased maintenance will be entitled to the Bronze
Support Package.
