At Waveaxis, our prototyping team works closely with the customer during the entire
prototyping phase for the development of documentation, identifying problem components, redesign, new component selection, and component supply partner's research.
We have partnered with reliable and reputed partners to provide prototype build and support services. These services include:
- Bill of Material (BOM) costing and procurement
- PCB manufacture
- Assembly
The prototype boards manufactured by Waveaxis' business partners undergo field trials at the clients' site for final verification before transfer to volume manufacturing.
Compliance and Regulatory Testing
Waveaxis' Product Engineering team has also identified and tied-up with reputed institutions to perform all required compliance and regulatory testing
and draft the final documentation which can be submitted to regulatory agencies. They also support the process for certification in order to help customers reduce compliance-related
costs and risk, and speed the time-to-market. The safety standards currently serviced include : CE, UL, CSA, and TUV.
