Waveaxis’ Camshaft inspection system is an automated and highly accurate system for measurement and visual defect inspection of camshafts. The system has a measurement accuracy up to 20 microns and extremely minute visual defects can be identified at the rate of 30 parts per hour.

“Product Classification System (PCS)” which automates the process of sorting products. The system comprises of a conveyor, camera, ruggedized PC, several Sensors, touch screen monitor and image processing software. Operated using the Graphical user interface on the touch screen monitor which in turn communicates with all the hardware components.
